The six hooks, mounted on the back of the bedroom door, are very handy. The rail comes with mounting hardware but I used Command Strips instead. Prevents holes in the door and if I move I will take the hooks with me.

Well made product... Easy installation

There's not much that go wrong with 6 hook rail That said it appears to be quite strongly made and I found it very easy to install. Installing a screw on one side then pivoting the rail... using a level... allows for the second drill hole to be located perfectly. Took me no more than 5 minutes to install.

Q: How far do the hooks stick out from the wall? (I'm wanting to put them behind a door, and I want to make sure it won't put a hole in the door when it opens.)

A: I use the screws to put them on the back of doors on each bedroom (directly at the doors) and they are pretty stead.
