A: The ‘inside radius’ of the hook is ~12.4mm. There is 24.7mm of space (almost 1 inch) between the mounting surface and the inside of the hook.

Q: when is the manufacturer going to fix their packaging issues?? every product falls apart with the slightest touch resulting in the screws falling everywhere and getting lost. then stapled or taped by staff to sell. this has been happening for too long.
