Leak started between the metal aerator and the plastic spray water going everywhere added a rubber aerator gasket and I think this should have been included when new but was not . Mostly this has fixed the issue not sure I would buy another Peerless rather go Moen for the lifetime warranty and better quality

Part missing - flooded kitchen

Probably not that bad if complete, BUT:
- you need connecting hoses. Had to go back to CT to get them.
- there was a small plastic clip missing that should lock the hose from the faucet to the mixing unit.
I didn't realize, installed it according to the manual, everything worked fine for like 10 minutes - then the hose came off, instantly flooding the Kitchen.
Went to CT a third time, brought everything back and got myselfe something from another manufacturer.
No, I do not recommend this product.
