Let me start on why four stars, not five stars. The weakest link and perhaps a strongest point is the ultra stiff supply tube for the hand held sprayer/aerator. Because of the stiff tubing, installation was more of a pain in the butt than it should have been. The main reason for the stiff tubing being a pain was that it interfered with a previous plumbers installation of the drain. It seemed no matter where I located the weight, the stiff tubing would not go into the recess between the drain pipes. If the supply tube from the base to the aerator handle where not as stiff. A less stiff more compliant tube would have ‘played nicer’ with the drain pipes. The actual function of the actual faucet base was great. I feel the full retail price is high, but when on sale at 2/3 off it was a no-brainer for me to purchase this faucet. Time will tell if this faucet stands up to use and I hope it does. If the faucet fails prematurely I will update this review. I have always used a more commonly known brands of faucets in the past, but at the price savings this seemed the best option of faucet the day I went to Canadian Tire.

very nice look pull out is easy great product for the price

Easy to instal, looks great. The lever to turn on tap is short but that stops hard water build up. I use a bit of vinegar on a cloth for upkeep. The pull out wand has spray function button on the top and has good force/size. It will automatically change back to regular flow once put back in holder. The hose to pull out wand is a little stiff, which may be a good thing in the long run.
