Multiple-Use Shower Head...

Not just for showering but there are different spray settings for cleaning/rinsing tub and surround, etc.
Purchased one from CT a long time ago. It was MUCH better than this one!
The Shower Head is plastic with a fake plastic chrome finish.
Tapped metal screwdriver against hose and hose is not metal as described.
I might have given it 5 stars if the hose was metal.

Water gushing spraying out of hose/non flexible hose

Unfortunately, used it for only 2 days and water was spraying out of hose. Tried to reinstall but won’t stop leaking. Hose is very rigid. Shower head is not easy to position, or remove when you want to use it and it sits way too high close to ceiling in the shower.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. Had to exchange because water was gushing through the hose but the replacement had the exact same problem. And Canadian Tire doesn't accept return only exchanges.. Total waste. If time and money.

A: I too have water spraying out when the faucet is turned off. I have never seen such a "problem" in my other showers. After waiting 20 minutes on the phone, I finally got through to the Customer Service. I was told that design is to release water pressure from the shower head. If you want to reduce the water gushing out of the other end, take the shower head down below the bracket level. ROFL! At least I had a good laugh with my family after talking to the customer service! Now the water gushing scene is actually HILARIOUS! I have a laugh every time I turn off the shower! :) Seriously, I will shop for a more expensive one to replace it later!
