I’ve had this shower head for 2 months and the hose connection split, spewing water everywhere! Plastic garbage! Unless you want to be replacing it quickly, stay away from this one.

Cheap plastic. All of it!
Despite what it looks like there is not any metal at all.
The hose is so cheap and stiff it pushes the head out of the plastic bracket.

One of the Worst Products I have Ever Bought

Looks nice in the package but felt super cheap once opened. Hose is actually flimsy vinyl made to look like an articulated hose. Installs easily enough but multiple issues:
1) Water pressure is terrible, like standing under a garden watering can;
2) Leaks from the ball joint;
3) Ball joint is so weak it will not support the weight of the shower head.
4) Badly designed. Given the angle, even if the ball joint worked, you would have to stand right over the drain just to get wet. With the bad ball joint, the water just sprays at the faucets. Had to flip it upside down to use it at all!
In short - DO NOT BUY!!!

Shower hose from inferno

Nicely looking... the head functions well, no surprises here... BUT the hose leaks badly on both ends. Reinstalled it several times with and without supplied washer, bought extra washers... still no go. Anyone has an idea how to fix it?

One of the best shower heads I ever had

This is easy to install with easy setting to control water flow. I have no complain about it. I had it for almost 5 years and was still working. When I bought another house, I bought two of these on sale and I'm waiting for next sale to buy another one. When it is on sale, you cannot go wrong. For some whom complained about leakage, I haven't had that issue. I apply Teflon tapes for all threads and add rubber washer, even for plastic ones. The only downpoint is the hose hard a bit and it takes a while to get straight after couple of months of use. Other than that, this is the right choice.
