Cheap plastic junk

Upon install the main fitting was leaking (plumber tape used). When I tried to tighten it the fitting split/cracked. When I inspected it I noticed it's made of very thin plastic. Not good quality at all. Would not recommend.

So Very Poorly Made

After only around 9 months of use, the plastic thumb switch you use to choose between water settings has just snapped off. On closer inspection of the end of the broken piece, what should be a solid rectangular cross section of plastic was actually an irregular teardrop-shape, a manufacturing error that meant there was less than half the amount of material there than there should have been. Add to this the inexplicably low water stream pressure, the cheap hose, and an ill-fitting plastic connection to the shower pipe (that took a LOT of plumber's tape to attach without a leak). Don't waste your money.

Perhaps if you are hooked up on a city water system which provides lots of pressure this item may sufficient. In my case on a well newly installed water pipes and decided to purchase this item which was on sale for my shower head. Sadly a mistake...very little force coming out of this unit and ended up having to spend more money for item that did provide more pressure in the shower.
