Missing part

My grandson opened this for his birthday today and it was missing one of the seats and the trailer doesn't latch shut.is there any way to get replacement parts? I was also disappointed that more cares didn't come with it for the price I paid. Of course, I should have read the fine print, but it seems like more should have been included for the price.

Purchased for Christmas gift. Grandchild loved it. Stated screaming with excitement when he opened the gift and saw what it was. That experience was worth every penny I paid for the product.
