Best squirrel proof design I've found

I purchased one of these, it holds 7 lbs of bird feed which is alot. And in the month since I've hung it in my backyard it has performed flawlessly! Savings alone from the squirrel's not able to feed off it will pay for this bird feed in a couple months of use. And it really brightens up my backyard!! looks fantastic. Thank you Cdn Tire!!

Definitely not squirrel proof or a good feeder

I bought this feeder as a replacement for my previous tube feeder (Brome) which lasted 4 years before its final demise. Looked at the prices of the new tube feeders, and got sticker shock. Felt this wood be a good buy as it is metal and seemed to look fully functional. Should have read the comments before buying. Black oil sunflower seeds do not flow properly to the trough for the birds to feed, and you have to shake the feeder to replenish the trays. As for squirrel proof, not a chance. My nemesis squirrel & family had this mastered in less than 3 hours, and even they couldn't get the seeds out for long. LOL Returning tomorrow for an overpriced Brome Squirrel Buster Pro. Thanks for the education in bird feeders though.

cette item était pour donner en cadeau à ma fille car elle adore les oiseaux, mais il y a aussi des écureuils qui venaient et ça faisait peur aux oiseaux, donc cette mangeoire anti écureuil devrait les éloigner car la nourriture ne sera plus accessible grâce au mécanisme.
