Easy pan to use. I roasted a 20lb turkey which seems to be the max for this pan. The non-stick coating makes clean-up easy.

Cooked a 30lb turkey, was delicious, cleaned well, bracket works well and easy to slide potatoes underneath without lifting the rack. Would buy another one if needed.

Perfect size and so easy to clean. Just wish it was less expensive but hopefully will last a few years. Only wish that the pan was induction compatible to make gravy on the stove top.

Q: Yes it is a great roasting pan and rack! But what is recommended method for cleaning the pan and rack if very hard, baked-on food occurs? Soaking in hot/warm water helps a bit , but not totally, at least, not so far! Maybe just more pre-soaking?

Q: We just bought a pellet smoker grill and I would like to know if this pan is suitable for using in that?

A: This pan, as great as it is, rates at 450 degs F in the oven. If your pellet grill exceeds that then I would be reluctant to use it in the smoker. Most grills reach 6 to 800 degrees so you need to be careful. Perhaps a cast iron roaster will suit your needs.

Q: Do you have to add water to the pan when roasting a turkey on the rack. My pan started smelling after .5 hours at 325. I had a bit of broth, onions and turkey neck in bottom of pan.

A: Before roasting the turkey, we would recommend the cook adding some water, better hot water to the pan.
