Excellent produit! Je le recommande. J'ai fait un gâteau aux bananes et chocolat et il a cuit uniformément et s'est très bien démoulé. J'ai quand même tapissé le fond avec une feuille de papier parchemin pour m'assurer que tout irait bien.
