We own this pot. My husband uses it. Everything he makes in it is delicious. So we bought this same one for a young couple for a wedding gift with the utensils that Palermo also offers. Very Heavy solid pot, great to cook with.

It works well when staying in the recommended temperature threshold. However, it got marked up on second usage on the bottom of the bottom making a chicken bone broth overnight on low heat, which was disappointing. Overall it seems good otherwise.
