I’ve owned two Worx mowers before, and the 80V Brushless model is by far the best. At 68, I needed something that made mowing less strenuous, and this mower delivers. It’s powerful, well-built, and easy to maneuver. I can now finish my yard quickly without feeling exhausted. Highly recommended for anyone looking for performance and ease of use.

80V MOWER GREAT PRODUCT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mower is easy to use and the self propelled mode is a game changer, surprisingly fast too! Start up is easy it just took me a second to figure out how to start it. I’m able to cut my half acre of grass with a full charge but under certain circumstances and conditions.
If I use the self propel mode on max speed I cut about 4 or 5 less passes going up and down from where I took the picture to the road (so I don’t use the self propelled function) also if you let the grass grow tall and thick you won’t be able to cut half an acre from my experience so I cut it weekly instead of every two weeks. I also wish the height adjustment could be lower which is another reason I cut weekly but during the colder seasons I’m sure I’ll be able to cut every two weeks. When I begin cutting my grass I noticed it has trouble starting up but I figured out if I tilt the mower on its back wheels it runs right up and no I’m not starting it up on the thick or tall grass.
Overall I would recommend this mower it functions as expected and I’m even loving it so much I’m thinking of buying spare batteries just so I can use the self propelled function.

- A: Run time may be important from a brand or model comparison perspective, All else being equal you’ll probably want the best quality battery with the longest life span, so this is certainly a valid question, but don’t let run time dissuade you from going electric. Run time is unlimited, really. Just buy a back up battery / set to ensure you’ll always have adequate run time / coverage. In some cases folks have anxiety over being able to finish the job due to battery limitations. That limitation is removed when you have a back up battery. I have had a battery mower for 4 years. It came with a 6 ah battery and I bought an extra 2.5 ah battery. I’ve never run out of power to get the job done. I recognize that the cost of the batteries can be high, but it just needs to be something to factor into the purchase decision.a year ago

Q: Can I customize the purchase of this mower and upgrade to larger amp hr batteries. Local retail and your website indicate 5ah batteries are included. But it appears 6ah and 8ah can be ordered online.

Q: Does this have a substantial metal blade, or are they more like razor blades mounted on an arm? I have a lot of trees and an old-fashioned mower has no problems with small twigs, but the razor blades style blades get destroyed after finding a missed twig.
