Best ever party napkins! These are the perfect match to the Party City navy blue paper bowls and plastic cups. These are NOT the typical, small, scratchy paper party napkins. They're soft and large enough to absorb a spill and wipe the ice cream and cake off of a toddler's sticky hands and mouth.
