High Quality easy to work on.

Its great to find nice and easy well engineered products. Most products like this based here are built to last and replace wear parts. The cartridge in this is simple and easy to replace. Mine came with a loose brass nut so just tightened that up to stop a leak at the handle. It comes with a special tool to take the nozzle apart and descale. All well thought out.

The faucet will not stay together at the seam on the neck. The nozzle does not retract into the neck and the magnetic to keep it attached to the neck is nonexistent. The nozzle always just hangs loose all the time. Using the website pictures to make this selection, I chose the chrome because of the "brushed" finish it looked to have. I was wrong. The finish is highly shiny, not brushed as pictured. I rated this faucet a 2 because I am unhappy with it's performance. On the positive side, the different spray options are fabulous.

Hi bornholm2014, this is Lisa with Kohler Co. I am sorry to read of any concerns you have experienced with your Graze kitchen faucet. I am happy to provide some insight. The sprayhead and hose will not retract on its own. The sprayhead will be guided back into the end of the spout, where it can dock. To ensure the sprayhead stays in place, the weight on the hose below the sink should be positioned according to the installation guide (Step 10) - https://tinyurl.com/3rvs437a. Graze® Pull-down kitchen sink faucet is a winner.

The faucet operates flawlessly. The faucet head swivels smoothly and easily. The pull-out sprayer's three fucntions are powerful and useful. The temperature and pressure regulating lever is smooth and easy to addjust while staying just where you want it to. Instillation was easy and the matching escutcheon makes it complete.
