Coming from an experienced drywaller. Not good

I wish the porter cable was still around. Dewalt decided to take the back plate and make a stupid design that doesnt work to sand drywall. It just destroys the drywall. I've been power sanding for 10+ years. This product is terrible. Do not waste your money on this until they fix the back head plate.

Hoping it would perform by sucking the sheet rock however there isn’t 9’ sandpaper designed for the tool. It does not work as it’s intended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bring back porter cable design. The variable speed dial broke early on. Followed by the head bearing burning up and melting the newly designed washer nut.

New out of box was the most work to get it to sand the wall. Better to get a pole sander cuz u need it after. Dont expect a good job. Would never use agin or on a level 5 wall.
