Poor quality

If I could give this kettle zero stars, I would. The toggle switch (off/on) refused to stay down after only two years of use. Apparently after googling I found that some of the Smegs have a design flaw with the switch. Not sure if the company dealt with the issue but for the price, it was definitely not worth it.
