Bought 5 weeks ago, received 3 weeks ago. Unit won’t start. Troubleshooting started with a faulty battery. Waited over a week for Champion to send me a new, still will not start. Now they are sending new computer and intelligauge. They are grasping at straws and refuse to just replace the unit. Very unsatisfied with the service. I have other champion products but after this will not purchase more.

Great powerful inverter generator

So far so good. I haven't broken it in yet, but it works as described and is quiet for the wattage. I'm using it with propane, and it has started quickly. I did have to charge the battery before use, but that was expected. It's also easy to wheel around considering the weight. I should be able to power almost the whole house with it. Recommended.

BOUGHT This generator to power my Fifthwheel and other trailer on my offgrid lot . I like the size of it and also the power output for the price. It's the biggest size for the inverter i found on the market ans i love the fact that champion as a good waranty and also a good circuit of workshop close to have the part if ever it's needed. For the size i've been impress by the the quiet of that equipment. I't run great and its fuel efficent. The quality of the assembly compete easy with Honda or Yamaha. Really happy with the product so far

I've completed the break in process on my new generator and have had an opportunity to use it to power my home during a recent power outage. While running on propane, I was able to provide sufficient power to everything I needed on the 30 amp receptacle during this recent power outage. The generator runs very quietly, much more so than my old open frame portable generator. I've only owned this Champion generator for less than a month but, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a backup source of power.
