I love my new fireplace.

I love my new fireplace. It has been a wonderful addition to out home. Also I bought a smaller, freestanding stove that has been a lifesaver. I may buy ony more for our upstairs after we finish remodeling.

Dysfunctional at best!

When we pulled from box immediately the remote did not work and we have had to put in a claim for that already. Secondly, I think the blower is also dysfunctional as it just does not get that warm and we have having to get down there and turn on and off which is a complete pain!

Packaged well. Easy install. Heat is marginal for our big room but when you stand next to it you feel it for sure. Wish the embers were a little brighter but when the room is dim it is very nice. I would buy again.

Fireplace looks great in my fireplace and the remote allows for customization. I got the crackler which is fun. Unfortunately, while it does generate a little heat, it does not get pushed out into the room. If you want coziness without heat, this fireplace is great!
