Does exactly what I wanted. Water dispenser for cold water. Has a hot water tap as well, both hot and cold can be shut off by a switch in the back to save energy so they aren’t both constantly running.

A: Hi William, the lights indicate the unit is cooling the cold water (refrigeration system is operating) and the heating element is heating the water. When the desired temperatures are reached the lights turn off.

A: Hello KFC5, for the Frigidaire Top Load Hot & Cold Water Cooler/Dispenser (models such as EFWC498/EFWC519), the cold-water system typically chills water to about 4 °C to 10 °C (40 °F to 50 °F). Therefore, the minimum cold-water temperature is approximately 4 °C (40 °F) under normal operating conditions. The unit's cold temperature is factory preset and is generally not user-adjustable. - Maico
