good product, package missing parts

I am enjoying the product, but the package was missing the phone adapter. Carton was sealed and not damager. the phone adapter was never put in at the factory. On the carton it ways that the phone adapter is included. sent a email to the manufacture, but got no reply. That was two weeks ago. Can you help?
