Worx battery operated weedeater and blower

I just got my weedeater and my blower put together today. I already did some weed eating as well as some blowing after I weedeated, everything works great. This is the second Worx weedeater that I have purchased. This one is better as there’s hard plastic around the upper portion, last time It was more of a rubber consistency, and it broke After about six years

Q: I now have over a dozen batteries in 20 volt up to 7 amp and those are the only two batteries that run longer than 10 minutes and others are 3.0 and 5.O and they suck are run only 2 minutes or not run at all ! Why not make decent batteries ?  Or warranty
