Designed to keep your feet warm in the coldest winters, the Outbound Women’s Insulated Winter Boot features an adjustable lace system for a snug, heat-preserving fit. Each of these waterproof boots has a removable felt lining, plus a boa collar that traps warm air and provides better thermal insulation down to -40°C.
