Good combo

i got the combo for a few weeks and been using it. The rod is light weight with cork handle. its nice to have the full cork handle but in my opinion the handle would be nicer if it was little longer (just another inch or 2). this will be feeling more balance with this 7'2" rod. The reel is ok ,smooth but sometimes it feel rough when reel my braided line in. I cant tell about this combo durability yet since i just have it for a few weeks. In general this combo is good for the price

I bought this fishing rod when it was on sale from $99 to $54. The reel feels smooth and the handling of this med-heavy rod. Accurate casting with CL3000 ball bearing reel is smooth. The rod really shines when fishing from a Pelican Catch Mode 110. Getting on the water and targeting pockets of fish is made easy with the cast.
