The material is velvet so our pup loves that it is soft and comfy while the tufted black look gives it style and makes it easy to match living room furniture. Our Maltese was able to get in and out of the bed easily on her own- she loves to scratch and prop up the removable pillow insert that comes with it so she feels like she is sitting taller. It is sturdy enough for our 8-10lb Maltese pups while still providing comfort and a space for them to feel safe. Perfect for Halloween season- check out our Halloween spirit or year-round for our Maltese pups to sleep in style and comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the tufted detail! Good quality and nice design. Able to comfortably support and enough room for my six pound Chihuahua/poodle mix. She's able to get in and out of this bed with ease. She sleeps well in this bed. A nice addition to our decor.
