Unusable and still waiting on replacement parts

I purchased this product over a month ago and when I tried to assemble it, one of the pieces had the holes drilled in the wrong location so it cannot be assembled. I immediately initiated a ticket with Yotrio Customer Service and they said they would ship a replacement part within 10 to 15 business days. I spent half an hour on the phone with them again today and learned that the part still has not left their warehouse because they are “busier than usual” so it will still be at least another 10 to 15 business days. I suggest not buying this product unless you have two months+ to wait before you can even use it.

After opening the box to see what the chair actually looked like, it was not going to work for our family. I called to return it the next day and was told to drop it off at the back and leave it as is. The manager on duty was very rude and would not refund me. My only option was an in store credit! She said I was lucky to return it as it was considered "used" now. I later saw it on the floor for sale at regular price! Terrible return policy! GP location

Rusty, Stained Cushions, False Advertising!

I purchased two of these rocking chairs last year based on the claims that they were weatherproof for all seasons, rust resistant, and stain resistant. Unfortunately, after only one year of normal outdoor use, they have not held up anywhere close to what was advertised. The cushions are absolutely not stain proof. They have developed multiple stains simply from being outdoors, and no matter what I use, the stains will not come out. For outdoor furniture at this price point, I expected materials that could actually withstand normal outdoor conditions. On top of that, both chairs are already rusting. For chairs marketed as rust resistant and designed for outdoor use in all seasons, this is extremely disappointing. Considering these chairs cost $499, I feel the advertising is misleading and the product does not live up to the claims being made. I expected far better durability and quality for the price.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The size of the bowl is just right for curling up in. The rockers allow you to tip the balance so you can nestle just the way you want. The fabric is comfortable next to the skin and the cushion has the right amount of loft. CON: The cushion is huge to store out of the rain. WARNING: The box is massive - if you're buying two chairs, you'll have to make two trips unless you have a pick-up truck.
