VERY narrow and tight

I like this style of boot, and they were on sale for a decent price. I usually wear a size 9 men's (occasionally a 10 in some styles), so I ordered these in a 10. Wow, were they tight. I could barely get them on my feet. I returned the 10s and got some suze 11. Still very snug, but I kept them. I hope they keep my feet warm even though they're tight.
