Great coat…great service!

I bought this coat today and am very happy with its length, warmth and quality. I could not have purchased it without the assistance of a clerk in your Leduc store named Fred. He looked up the coat, said it wasn’t on display yet and went out of his way to find the coat for me. He is an absolute credit to your store! Such knowledgeable, patient and pleasant staff are a credit to your company! Thank you Fred!

A very warm , reasonably priced winter coat with lots of pockets. Detachable fur from hood only since the hood itself is not detachable. Inside sleeve cuffs block wind etc. Szing seems to be made small so order larger size to ensure comfortable fit.

So far, so good. Warm and not bulky. Fur irritates my skin a little bit for some reason, but I believe that it’s just me not the jacket. Overall, I like the jacket. Got it at a good price too.
