Great grill. First Weber gas grill. Got tired of the box store pieces of junk grills. Assembly directions could be clearer.

Very Disappointed!

For years I've heard how wonderful weber grills are. That they're worth the extra money. That their quality. That they last. And that everyone who owns them is so pleased. Either I've gotten a defective one, Or everything I've heard I should have taken with a grain of salt. When I purchased my grill I got the cover I got the warranty I made sure every time I used it I cleaned the grates, emptied out the drip pan and the crumb pan and wiped the grates with oil so it would be clean and ready to go! So it would be ready for the next use. And then put the cover on to protect it from the elements. The first thing to go was the flame flutes even though they were cleaned as instructed. Then the bottom part of the frame started to rust. Now the first knob broke because the brass seized up and at just about 5 years with moderate use and care as stated. I'm SO VERY DISAPPOINTED I WISH ID BOUGHT A DIFFERENT TYPE! In all honesty this is probably the first and last Weber ill every buy. I feel cheated that for $900 I got what 3 good years and nothing but trouble the rest. Probably going to scrap it and find a different type. Just amazing how one grill can change a families enjoyment of cooking outside. Thanks for the Expense and Disappointment Weber!

Great bbq, sometimes it’s hard to tell if it is lit. Will definitely purchase another Weber in the future. I have had many Char Broil’s in the past.
