Great grill. Great price. Feels well built. Have cooked on this multiple times since purchase. Also bought stainless griddle insert. Napoleon name lives up to it’s reputation.

Can't get replacement parts

I bought this grill several years ago and needed to replace some parts. Replacement parts are hard to find and when you do find them, it takes 3 to months to get them. Nice grill, but its no good if you can'tget parts to replace and maintain it

So far it’s a great product, however does not include cover which is a little ridiculous that you it’s not included considering the price
