The best store ever

This rating has a story. The first bike was delivered. unpacked, put together but would not work electrically. Schwinn contacted They quickly sent a new console and power adapter. Still didn't work. I went to the Van Tire store to discuss the problem. As I had received the bike only 10 days before, the manager asked me to return the bike and as they had a new one just arrive in stock I was provided a replacement. Now the new one is running perfectly So I upgrade to ***** stars,

Came damaged

The bike came damaged in several places, looks like the shipping carton had been dropped. There is a big sign in the carton "Do Not Return to Store" so I called Schwinn as instructed. Response has been dead slow....

I would bury this product again

I wore out my original Schwinn of 30 years . Ride 1-2 times/ week in winter more for at least 45 minutes. I am looking forward to another 30 years. Ride is smooth and comfortable. Seat ventilation is a nice upgrade.
