I bought this machine October 27, 2023, during the one year warranty it was fixed twice (keep in mind that I did not use it while it was broken) It was last fixed just before the warranty expired Oct. 2024. Here it is January 2025, 3 months later and it is broken again. It is now clunking on the opposite side - the same problem, different side. I have called the manufacturer they are willing to sell me parts and charge me for someone to come look at it. I called Canadian Tire. I feel no one cares. For a machine that costs $1,000 I was expecting more than a years use! I was given the number for Customer Relations 1-800-387-8803 if you also have problems please call them and let them know. Maybe they should chose better suppliers. I followed the care instruction for this product to a T, I tightened every nut and screw available weekly, I cleaned it weekly, and moved it to vacuum under it weekly and it still broke.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Complete waste of money

Bought this machine because the reviews were not bad and I got 250$ discount. I used it 7 times at 30 minutes each session. The resistance stop working, the machine feels cheap, lots of cheap plastic. Don’t waste your money, not even worth 300$. Really disappointed

A: I know, right? The plug goes in the front on the surface that slants down. The holes here are invisible when standing up.

Q: What is the height from the ground to the highest step height? I’m trying to figure out if I will hit my head on the ceiling. I’m 5ft 6in and my basement height is 8 feet. Thank you!

A: The height of the step at the highest point is 17.5 inches. I am 5’7” and our ceiling height is 7’7” and it is not a problem for me, so I think you will be perfectly fine
