A: The activation steps are as follows： 1.STEP ONE: POWER ON Press the POWER button to turn on the scooter. For your safety, a new scooter is not activated. An alarm will start beeping, the indicator will flash, and the speed is limited to 3.1 mph(5km/h). 2.STEP TWO: ACTIVATE the Scooter Press the throttle and squeeze the brake lever. Keep for a few seconds until you hear two beeps. Release the brake lever and the throttle. The scooter is activated successfully. The alarm will stop beeping, and the indicators will stop flashing. The maximum speed is 6.2 mph(10km/h) within 0.6 mi (1 km) mileage. 3.Restart Press and hold the POWER button to turn off the scooter. Press again to power it on. Enjoy your ride!

A: Thank you for your inquiry! All our handlebars are fixed height. The handlebars are approximately 37.4 in high. An E8 would be 33.5 and an C20 would be 40.2.
