A: You can adjust the length of this helmet only. You need a screw driver for the two screws on each side of the helmet. Then pull either forwards or backwards to make it tighter or looser.

A: Unfortunately it depends on the size of their head. That said considering the age it is extremely likely they would be a youth helmet. I would recommend the CCM Multisport or the Bauer Lil Sport
