Bad design of hook up plug.

This is our second unit as the first wouldn't start up as the power plug into the unit failed after less than 10 fishing days over two years. The plug is for power and the ttransducer so we had to rewire with new transducer as well. All this for a 25 cent plug that is molded to both cables and non-replaceable. Lousy design.

It works fine as an entry level unit but not as robust as implied.

The images on the packaging are not this unit-the display and functions are much more limited the indicated-the packaging is the same for all models though they are not equal in features. The instructions are universal for all models and not necessarily applicable to this unit-very frustrating attempting to operate per the instructions while this unit does not feature the screens and fine tuning options as shown in the instructions.

A: Yes it comes with everything you need to install. I would recommend some sealant where it's attached to the hull.
