Backwoods Jerky Seasoning seasons 5 pounds of meat, so you'll have plenty for yourself and to share with family and friends. Simply marinate your strips of wild game meat or ground meat in the seasoning, add the included cure, and then use the jerky gun to fill the casings. The result will be delightfully smoky and woodsy jerky, reminiscent of your time spent in the great outdoors but now enjoyed at home.
