Pretty but needs modification

Picked up a few days ago. Beautiful addition to the patio but suddenly is loosing a lot of water. Cannot seem to find a leak but it looks like the outflow holes need some modification. I’m going to try adding a few straws to improve that. As the basin fills up and spills out so I’m having to add water every day.
