Could have explained locker system in email stating order was ready. I had expected soil to be at the garden center not in a locker. Young lady in garden center was helpful and lovely. When I went inside, customer service woman, if that's what she was had no manners, or patience. Young man who carried out my purchase was very polite and attentive.

I've been buying this Organic Vegetable and Herb Mix for several years. I only use it to grow Organic grass for cats. It holds moisture well so that I don't have to add water to the small container of grass everyday.
