WRONG HEIGHT

I bought this fence online for a 21 feet lenght, panels, posts and gate, to replace an old wood fence, needed height at least 3 feet or 36 inches and 27 inches wide, which is what this gate segment is supposed to be. The height given was 36x27 i the description of every part, instead the height is 27 inches and width is 36 inches, so 9 inches off will not work at all.
