Perimeter Treatment: Applying insecticides along the bottom of doors, vents, and utility openings, as well as underneath the bottom edge of your home's siding, can help prevent pill bugs from entering. Safety Precautions: Always follow the safety instructions provided with the pesticide product and keep it away from children and pets. Moisture Control: Pill bugs thrive in damp environments, so addressing moisture issues in your home (like leaky pipes or excessive humidity) can also help reduce their presence. Other methods: You can also use diatomaceous earth to desiccate or dry out pill bugs, therefore killing them.
