Quality that will last

I was tired buying new shovels annually . The others I've had either had the blades break , the handles or the handle - blad connector . There was always a weak plastic piece and they were $$. This is an old school metal and wood shovel that scrapes my driveway great. It's heavier than others but it will outlast me!

A Real Snow Shovel

I found the previous version of this shovel in the clearance bin at a low discount price. I'm glad I bought it. Clears a wide swath and scrapes the packed down snow and ice well. It is heavy, but that is why it works. I had to adjust my technique to suit it, but that's a minor detail.

- A: It absolutely scrapes up ice under packed snow. We've used this for 2 Winnipeg winters and never had a better shovel. We have a concrete driveway and never see any scratching on it. It's a solid, reliable shovel.3 years agoHelpful?
