Q: It says it kills household bacteria but is it approved to kill human norne viruses such as hepatitis (which is found in human feces), HIV or others? I want to be more environmentally friendly but finding a bleach alternative is hard.

A: Great question! Eco-Max Disinfecting Toilet Bowl Cleaner kills 99.99% of bacteria on hard, non-porous surfaces (Health Canada approved, DIN #02480581). It is not designed or tested to kill viruses.
