In desperation after a crisis with my softener/ iron filter breaking down, resulting in orange staining on all my porcelain toilets, shower etc., a friend advised me to use Iron Out Rust stain remover. I had tried every other product with limited success, so decided to try it.
Great result! Porcelain back to clean and white.

Q: Could this be used on outdoor vinyl siding of a house? Removed and old metal mailbox and there is reust stains. Thanks in advance!!

A: Sorry I don't know. I used it to try and clean rust stains on a porcelain toilet which didn't work well. I could only suggest trying on a inconspicuous area. I use spray nine on siding, not sure if it will work on rust.

A: Iron OUT is formulated as a surface rust stain remover to remove stains caused by iron laden water. Iron OUT is not intended nor effective at removing rust from rusting metal.

Q: Can this product be safely used on a concrete floor near a gas furnace and hot water tank? I used to have a metal bedframe stored behind my furnace and hotwater tank and due to a slow leak the bed frame rusted and left marks on the concrete.

A: I’m not positive if would be safe to use on automotive paint but you can try it on a small inconspicuous area as a test , chrome surfaces it will work , usually surface rust is not actually surface rust when it comes to vehicles in my experience
