Excellent Brightness Without Getting Hot

I have been using this to paint rooms in my home. Love the fact that there are 3 different choices for brightness and does not get hot like my old halogen light. Excellent!

Q: Is there anyway to override the on/off button so the light is on when it is plugged in? I plan to mount these lights high where there is no access to the button on the back.
