Super Fun BUT…

We love this train set. My 5 year old saved all of his Christmas & Birthday money for this set, he then got a job picking up pinecones from the neighbors yard to make the rest of the money. He was SO EXCITED and Proud to buy this set! It is super fun to play with. It is a great addition to our Lego City collection. My son is really into playing cops and robbers right now and the train heist makes play time so much fun! This set was very well thought out. He loves blasting off the doors of the jail car, grabbing the safe with the claw from the helicopter, and making the car jump in front of the train. We joined it to the police station so the train now goes under the platform to the helicopter landing pad. One draw back is the engine couplers keep falling off ( possibly due to the vibration of the train when it is moving). I believe this to be a flaw in the couplers. When I switch out the engine couplers for a regular train car coupler & they stay on. I will be calling Lego to see if this is an issue or if we got a piece from a bad batch.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Almost the perfect lego set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lego police train heist is a fun and engaging set that offers a great mix of building and playability. The design off the train is sturdy and detailed, with moving parts that make it feel dynamic during playing. The heist theme adds excitement , With the inclusion off mini-figures with individual roles. The instructions are clear making the build enjoyable without it being over challenging. However, the set isn't perfect as there's a few sections which feel very repetitive during assembly and a few more interactive pieces could have made it even better. Overall, its a solid set of lego that delivers creativity and action. It's particularly enjoyable for younger builders or train themed adventure fans making it a worthwhile addition to most lego collections

[Cet avis a été recueilli en réponse à une offre.] Une expérience de construction fidèle a la marque que ma fille a adoré réaliser. Le montage est facile , la notice et les instructions sont claires. Il faut prevoir environ 3h30 de montage et plus pour les plus jeunes . La télécommande requiert 10 piles mais assurément ce petit train apportera du fun tant au montage qu'à l'utilisation. Comme cela est visible sur la photo il avance à une certaine allure pour lequel le variateur permets d'adapter la vitesse (et cela sans dérailler 😂 ) Il est possible de simuler une évasion de la prison avec des portes qui sautent , le mécanisme est bien pensé c'est juste génial , les gamins adorent ! Des détails précis, qui rendent le tout réaliste. Une découverte fun , un temps de partage au montage agréable, et un jouet réutilisable à l'infini....

Amazing train set

Myself, husband, but mostly my 10 year old boy built this in a day. From my 10 year old, "oh this Lego set is the best ever, love the train but I love it all". A massive 5 stars from all of us and I would definitely recommend anyone to buy, from a train lover to a fan of Lego. It was such a fun build, thank you Lego.

My nephew is going to love this set, he's a big fan of LEGO! it is so gorgeous, will make it fantastic birthday present. It encourages focus and coordination in children.
