Defective and awful return policy.

I wanted to love this product, especially since my one year old was getting excited as I was assembling only to realize that the base was leaking water everywhere. Not super difficult, but it is tedious to put together. I took it back to Canadian Tire and was informed I couldn’t get a refund, but only store credit which sucks. I understand when you change your mind about a product, but I don’t think defective items should be issued a credit. I feel a refund is more appropriate in this case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My toddler loved this. I love that you can adjust the height of the hoop. It’s an easy way to keep a toddler entertained on a cold and/or rainy day. It’s a hit in our house.
