Very good sheet pans but the sloped edge could be tricky

We purchased these pans as a replacement for some very old and difficult to clean baking pans. They seem to be a good fit for our baking needs, however, the sloped edge (apparently for ease in sliding off baked goods such as cookies) could be tricky if the idea was to cook a full sheet pan where there might be liquids.
