Worst customer service ever

I received this as a gift, I have the original receipt and have an issue with the screw on the rear driver side it is stripped and almost blew off in the wind when I installed it it was fine and after time the screw became weak, I reached out to Canadian Tire as I was told it had a 5 yr warranty Canadian Tire said to bring it in, I did this and got told I have to contact the manufacturer I have done this and have not received any calls. I have emailed this is nonsense I have a product that is over $1000 that I can no longer use and the warranty is about to come up on it. Does not Honour warranty

A: All of the HardFold tonneau covers are 35” wide with the exception of those that fit the 2015-2018 Chevy/GMC Canyon/Colorado which are 34” wide.
