Great product, bad seller…

Nothing wrong with the product itself, problem is turned out. I had another one exactly like that that I was not aware of. I had bought them using my points. But unfortunately, when I put the hitch on my pick up to make sure it fit, the little white paper sticker got ripped a little, and they refused to take it back. I am done with Canadian Tire and I will be cancelling my credit card.
