Nice chair but no replacement cushion is available for purchase. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to just throw a 1,000 away after a year.

Cushion rips easily- no replacements available

Bought this over a year ago - pros it very comfortable however - right away the cover started ripping at the sewn in divots. Now over. A year later some of them have ripped exposing the interior to the elements. The cover is not removable so impossible to wash or sew back the multiple rips. Customer service has been useless and the warrantee company yotiro takes no responsibility and cannot help me find a replacement cushion that does t cost more than an entirely new chair. Canadian tire used to stand by its products however we are so disappointed with this supposed “out door weather proof” item that rips with light use and limited warranted.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I am updating my previous review where I stated it was the best purchase I made since moving back from the USA x26 years..... I have learned from living in the S. USA that if you want to protect your investment - you protect against the elements - which I have done with this loveseat and the chair - and I move them into the garage over the winter months.... have had for 4 years and they are still in wonderful condition including structure and cushions

Please note that these measurements are taken from the outer edges of the wicker, which extends beyond the feet. Q: would this box package fit in the back of a short box Ford half ton truck? also, is it one box or several? would staff assist in taking to vehicle?

A: Order it on line to be picked up at the store. You should see the box dimensions on the information section of the item. We put it in the back of our van. It would certainly fit upright in the back of a pick up. If you get pick it up from the on line order area of the store, they will bring it right out and help you load it. One box.
